NO ARRIVALS ON SATURDAY. 

DEPARTURES Saturday allowed ONLY after the main competition

**If Saturday competition runs late, meet n’ greet and awards will be at Main Stage)

Amenities

  • Cart Shuttles will be on site running between all major areas of Byrd’s during the event. Of particular note will be the RRR shuttle (Restaurant, Restroom, Runway) shuttle! :-D

  • Large Campground Bathhouse on site

  • Even more Porta Potties!

  • Food available for sale at the River Runway Thursday - Sunday • CASH ONLY!

  • General Store with Water, Ice, Beer, Chips, ATM and other sundries open every day

Pro Tips

  • Pre-Registration saves you money!!!

  • Bring Cash, but there is an ATM at store. Internet and cell service are not available at Byrd’s

  • Bring an Aviation Band handheld radio to hear the inner workings of arrivals and the competition

  • Bring an FM radio to hear announcers from anywhere

  • Bring Bug Spray, Sunscreen, Chair

  • Pilots: Plan to fly to Clarksville, Ar in the event of bad weather or saturated airspace. Shuttle to/from Byrd’s available.
