Fly-In Arrival Procedure

• There is an Arrival Procedure

• Arrivals must be made during the first 15 minutes of every hour Thursday and Friday.

• Byrds main runway is 1900’ grass w/ 600’ overrun to east.

• Clarksville, AR H35 is our main reliever airport for diverts and has shuttle service to/from Byrd’s.

• Arrivals will have advisories on 122.9 Thursday and Friday

• NO arrivals on Saturday (departures allowed after competition)

Download the MSFS or XPlane scenery for your simulator and fly the arrival ahead of time!

Clarksville -> Byrd’s Shuttle

If you would rather land on pavement for any reason, at any time there will be shuttle van service to get you from Clarksville (H35) to Byrd’s

Shuttle van from/to Clarksville Airport provided by C.C.: Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun. 45 minutes one-way.

FRI: 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, 5:30 PM
SAT: 5 PM only
SUN: 9 AM, 1130 AM
